Naturally I ask, "Why Medicine?" and the he replies "Its my interest." After talking to him about 20 mins, he ends up going for Acconting.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What I found in between is that he never liked science, the reason he wanted to be a Doctor is that the was looking for a Doctor's pay. He didn't know that it would be at least 13 years before he would even be considered for that kind of pay.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many people wants to lose weight, many people want to look good, but not many people achieve it, again "Why is that?"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A girl comes up to me, and asks "What do I need to lose weight?" After 1 hour of explaining ways and methods on losing weight she says to me "If i have that kind of time, I'd rather sleep..."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So how do we do things and make it happen? Firstly, understand WHY you are doing it. You go to book shops and you find motivational books, you atttend motivation seminars, you listen to motivation speaker, when you are down your friend motivates you. Motivation is everywhere but what is it really?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lets take the word apart.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Motive is something that causes a person to act in a certain way or do a certain thing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Motivation is the state or condition of being motivated.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now if one person shoots and kills another person, does it make him a bad person?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When cops evaluate a suspect of a killer, they look at the MOTIVE. In other words, why? May be its because he was angry. Then WHY was he angry? May be the victim killed his family. Now there is a motive in this story, which is REVENGE.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Really it is the "WHY" in what we do. Everyone has a motive in their actions. One of my friends shared "People can judge my actions, but they cannot judge the motivation behind it"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;What is our motivation behind our current actions? Well they can go shove their sorry up their sorry @$$&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Anyways looking on the brighterside of things, one of the best things that I have done this year  is that I have initiated a team to run the Penang Bridge International Marathon 2011!!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have had 4 training sessions so far and it looks great! I was looking for 5 ppl and now i have about 11 in the list of people who are interested and at least 5 who are very sure of going to take part in the run!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One of the members Stella even went on to initiate a hiking trip that really had one of the most response so far. We had 9 ppl who came hiking with us on sunday and it seems that everyone enjoyed themselves. We needed to detour as one of our members was abit punctured however we still all had good fun! The best thing is mid-hike, I was asked to organize a Kinabalu Trip for 2012!!... It does take some caffine to get you through a long day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We dont normally see it but a coffee mug takes about 300 ml of coffee, while coffee itself is really bitter and not many people enjoy coffee as it is, a table spoon of sugar makes all the difference.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It just reminds me of how life is. We take down all the bitterness in the world, but a little bit of sweetness seems to make it all easier.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The theory here is that life can throw all the bitterness at us, career struggles, financial struggles, relationship struggles, but then again there are always those little things that sweeten it all up for us. Think of what to do later.. :P&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;6) Save one person&lt;br /&gt;I might have, I might have not... Whilst people forget, but most have not forgotten, its not about partying and countdowns but its about the birth of a Saviour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;He who saves us from demons of the past, and of the current and of the future.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many paint a pucture of the devil as a red creature with tail and horns. But his work is to drive our hearts away. With emotional issues, social issues, and more often than not financial issues.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have always be in a long hard battle with financial issues. My heart never failed to be burdened by it. Always thinking because of these debts, I would never have the ability to proceed in life. I sit with my friends, and all making plans to travel, to visit various places, I sit and smile, hoping that someday, maybe someday.... I plan, to save, but never accumulated enough before the next inevitable big expenses comes along.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But what I didn't know is, God has already planned it for me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One day, I took out all my statements, my credit cards place them infront of me, and closed my eyes, and said "Father, I give up.. I cant fight this fight anymore, I am tired, I am done. I surrender these to you, I cant do it any further."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Oh how i wish that i find a bag of money in my car the next day or the bank's systems had some virus that wiped out all records of debts. But I still have to pay the consequences of my financial mistakes of the past.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But God is faithful, for He is our Provider. Soon after that, I had a vision, an angel handed me a golden pot. I searched for ages to understand what that means. I found, Gold means God's Purity, Rounded Pot symbolizes infinity, and what is in it? I found that the golden pot holds manna meaning God's provision. My prayer answered.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I sit here, a week ago, I was on a plane back from a trip I couldn't have ever dreamed of making for the next five years (at least).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I was in Australia for 11 days, my trip was fully paid for, I had fine dinners in places that my friends on a trip would never have afford. Who's going to be interested to read it anyway? But then again, I looked back into one of my blogs it has One comment.... Well, to many successful bloggers, they may be thinking "WHAT JUST ONE?" But i guess if it happens to encourage one person, it's done its job.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have the feeling that I should continue writing. I like to write about motivational stuff. Whats the point of griping and gossips. Many people may like it, but then again, it doesn't make anyone's life better.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Today I was at a kindergarten concert and family day. When the littke boys and girls "graduate" from kindergarten, I see parents bringing out many different types of quality camera's.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I thought to myself, the parents are so proud of their children. Its so sweet, they are probably going to develop the photographs and put them up on a shelf, on their desks, on the wall. All such sweet memories of proud moments.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fastforward 12 years, when they are 17, how many of the parents will still be proud? How many of the children still honours their parents as the are doing now? How many of the parents will be filled with disappointment and longing back at these proud moments?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am not trying to condem anyone's future but its just a socioligical truth.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I pray, that these kids will grow up and are able to keep the parents proud. I have been on a few good hikes but I am quite excited about going climbing as i have never done that before.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Steve came to my house at about 3.30 taking our chances against possible rain, we head out to to Youth Park. Started as usual at through moon gate up Wild Boar Track.&lt;br /&gt;We made it up to rest station number 5 in about 40 mins. After a good 5 mins rest, we decided to push further to rest station No 39. As we started walking a dog from No5 followed us all along the way. It was really so cool. She was like our guide.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Breath taking view from No 39 was really the way to spend a Sunday. We got a good view from Georgetown to Ayer Itan, the whole of Penang Bridge and Butterworth Port.&lt;br /&gt;At 5.30, we decided to make our way down. There is a track that i was on once up hill. But things are so different when you are going the opposite direction. Steve and I decided to take our chances once again, this time its with a trail that we do not know.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;After about 20 minutes downhill, we asked another hiker where does the trail lead to, and the answer I got was interesting. He said "Oh, this is the way to Riffle Range Flats Tua Pek Kong". My next questions was,"Are we close?" and the reply was "Yea, just keep heading staight down".&lt;br /&gt;Wow, we were way off course. Thankfully my parents came to pick us up and we went for a nice filling dinner after that. We were tired, I dont think our shirts could take more sweat. I will carry my self through to success. I lusted for material things, public attention and always wanted to be on top.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As the years go by, I have tried many things, many businesses and many jobs in crave for money and success. I have made and broken many hearts in the persuit of attention and status. But one thing I did was I did them with all my heart and effort. Many times I have tried and many times I have hit the wall, face first. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It hurts.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Over the years, I have learnt many things but nothing I have learnt before came so interestingly and so straight forward to me as it was said in the bible. My mother, a very important person in my life, is a stonge buddhist, but little did i know her words of motherly wisdoms can actually be found in the bible too!..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When God call me back to Him, He took my job, my relationship and ultimately my friends. I was down on my knees because I know how I fooled around and lost a job, but when whatever you worked hard for just didn't go well, it makes you totally lose faith in yourself. So I cried out, "Jesus, I need you"...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Since then, God showed me my ways, how i was treating my family, how i was hurting people, how i was foolish and cheated, for God said, "I am the way"...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One of the most important thing was, God showed me the sacrifices of a mother, how mothers take care of their young children, how a mother's heart cries everytime her child is in pain, how helpless a mother feels when she cannot comfort the child's suffering. How a mother has so much hope and aspirations on their children. I have learnt to understand how little love I show to my mother all these while, how many things that got taken for granted.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;God also showed me how to trust Him. I have a car, i work in an office. But I experienced poverty. Many people think that poverty is about people who live in villages without food and clothes. I came to a point where i was juggling to spend my last few dollars either on petrol OR food. But God is good, when i am in need, He never left me to go without. But what I learnt was to be faithful to what I have been given. Never take money I earn for granted. For one day, one cent could make a difference between whether you eat or starve.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have learnt thatI can cope with things better because God is with me. I have learnt to appreciate my family, I have learnt to appreciate my job, I have learnt to appreciate my finances.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I now have the job that I lost in another company, and I am learning more than I every could in the previous one, On top of that, I was exposed to teaching and I have good part time income, He made my appreciate my family so much more, so I tolerate many more things and be a better person, and He has granted me a relationship that is sweetest and purest than I have ever experienced.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When God asks you to give Him something, He gives back, pressed down, shaken together and running over. But one thing that i am really thankful i never did is that i never complained to God. I am still thankful for every little bit of food i managed to get. In fact i am more thankful that i ever was when am when i am in need than when i had my better times. But i went through all that for a reason. Cos, I always belive that i am being trained for a greater reason. I have always been praying for God to let me hear Him. Today he answered to me,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have learnt that whatever i went through, He has used that to teach me something. I learnt from my mistakes, i learnt from the mistakes He allowed me to fall into some pits so that i learn.&lt;br /&gt;And I thank God for taking me through those though times.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Philippians 4:10-13 (New International Version)&lt;br /&gt;10I rejoice greatly in the Lord that at last you have renewed your concern for me. In my mind, does people know what they mean when they proclaims some things like "you are the love of my life".... or they are just really little sweet "nothings".&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Many teenage couples in college or even there are boys and girls, goes up to their partners and say "you are the love of my life" or "I love you and you are my one and only" and then break up the next moment, and in the following moment gets together with another person and proclaim the same thing. Funny isn't it?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This even happens in young adults at this age where love is about being physically close and all about emotions. Once the emotion dies, so does the relationship. Its so disheartening that many people do not understand what love is anymore. It takes more to love a person than just mere emotions or proclaimations. It takes sacrifice, understanding, support, compromise, a whole lot of determination, and all these are just the tip of the iceberg.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"I love you because my heart says so" is really romatic in the ears, but really means nothing to the heart. You have to be willing to contribute to the other person's life. Really, 2 become 1, and dont get me wrong here, we are not talking about sexual relationship here. The goals and aspiration of 2 people have to grow to the same directions, so that you can support each other along the way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I see in many relationships, they are nothing more than, movie and dinner mates, really, think about it.. You go out every weekend, dinner have dinner, go watch movie, or hit the clubs and hang out with friends. How many out there really understand their partners? What is in their minds, what is their heart's deepest ends? Do you know how to shine a light on their deepest darkest personal well and help them out of it? Or are you just waiting for their attention to make you feel significant?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you are to proclaim that someone means something to you, MEAN it. For life means TILL YOU DIE. I challenge you to think, have said that to an ex-lover before? Other wise, just say "You are my love until my heart says i am in love with someone else" its not that romantic now, is it? but that is  the REAL truth, isn't it? For life means, the covenent you made before her family, your family, and most importantly before God himself. "For better or worse, for richer or poorer, in health and in sickness, till DEATH do you part" See the significance?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Better or worse- Yes, no one is perfect, you made a commitment to love someone, you need to accept their flaws as well, and support them along their way to be a better person. In some families, it takes up to 30 years..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Richer or poorer- Relationship for money? If someone really be with someone just because he/she has the money to give you whatever you want, aren't you really making yourself a long term prostitute or gigolo? This is harsh, but think about the truth behind it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In health and In Sickness- If there is birth, then there will be aging and there will be sickness. Do you want to be left behind in your misery when you are sick? Then why would you leave someone you proclaim your "love of your life" when they are sick?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Till Death do you part- This is what for LIFE means.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And all that promise is made infront of God. There is really more to love than what the media shows. Think about it. For married couples who are considering divorce, is it really your way out? Is the civil court strong enough to undo a promise you made infront of God? For all couples other out there. Are you really able to proclaim someone is the love of your life? Is this the person you see yourself marrying? You willing to take up such commitment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It takes time and effort and guidance to really build a long lasting relationship. Emotions or Looks may initiate the attraction, but it takes more than that to keep it going. Many people have ascended the mountain, some to enjoy the scenery, others to fulfill the thirst of the challenge. Everyone however, share a common story, it was well worth it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the beginning of preparing for the great challenge, I started to understand the mountain and the challenges and rewards that come hand in hand with it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Starting with the trail, there are two gates to start hiking from, Timpohon Gate which was about 6 kilometers and Masilau Gate that was 8 kilometers up to the rest point known as Laban Rata. We decided to take the latter as it was said to have the best sceneries going up. We later found out both the trail and the view was in fact really breath taking. The hike to the cross junction of Layang Layang from Masilau Gate will take about five to six hours of hiking whereas it will just take 2 to 3 hours from Timpohon Gate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The altitude was next in line. I was in Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (Yu Long Xue San) in LiQiang, China back in December 2006 where I experienced for the first time what it was like in an open mountain with thin oxygen. That was at the altitude of 5596 meters above sea level. We were equipped with oxygen cans to refrain from getting dizzy from the thin air.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The temperature poses its own challenge. It was recoded that the temperature was down to five degrees Celsius at the peak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Having to stay at the resting shelter, we needed to carry a good supply of food and clothing. The back pack could easily weigh up to 10kgs. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;To Kota Kinabalu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A two and a half hours plane ride from Penang starting from 10 am, across peninsular Malaysia and the South China Sea, we have finally reached the beautiful coast of Sabah. Long beaches and beautiful scenery it was a perfect holiday getaway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Having stayed up all night to pack, I was ready to get my body and mind rested enough for the hike. But that wasn’t the case as I am generally left with what I have packed on the way up the mountain, at least up to the rest stop at Laban Rata, So again I had to stay up again to make sure I have everything I need stuffed in my bag ensuring I can get access to what I need easily.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The Morning of the Hike&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Having slept at about 1am, I was woken up by a morning call from the hotel at 4.30 am. Still groggy, I cleaned up, made a last minute check on the gear and supplies, and off I went for a good hearty breakfast at the hotel. Everyone’s spirit was up and excited about the upcoming challenges the majestic mountain has to offer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By 6am, we were all on the bus for a 2 hour ride to the Kinabalu Park Headquarters. Along the way we were greeted by fantastic view from the edges of the winding roads. Mist covered forest at the bottom and soon after, the sight of the much anticipated mountain that we have all come to leave our footsteps on was uncovered. A brief stop at a local outlet allows us to grasp the significance of the challenge we will be facing just ahead of us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;At the park Headquarters, we met with our Mountain Guide, Supin and Porters, Sarumi and Justina. I really admire their strength and ability to carry bags up to 10kg at a time. They were only approximately 5 feet tall and it was a very heavy load even for a 5 feet 11 inched guy like me. Of course, my backpack wasn’t exactly light as well. It was almost 11kgs. Supin is a very jovial and motivating mountain guide. He could joke and also encourage us along the way. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;The Hike&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;We arrived at Masilau gate at 11am where we get clear out for our registrations and pass then the check point before we head into the dense jungle. The start of the hike is really what we are used to in the some trails in Penang as well. It was mud tracks with wood made into steps. At some point, we were walking across rocky surface, up hill on man made steps, down hill, through rivers and waterfalls. We started to get a feel of the beauty of nature right there and the temperature was perfect about 16 to 18 degrees Celsius.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It was rather foggy on the way up as we get to some clearings, and get a good glimpse of the flowers at the height of 2000 meters above sea level.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Moving along forward we can start to see plants that we don’t see normally see at a lower altitude. Nature in its beauty tells us that we are moving higher each time we see shorter trees with smaller leaves.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Each 500 meter sign was really starting to feel like they are further apart. We took short stops every now and then to rehydrate and rest the muscles then we push on forward. At the pace that we are going, we were at a very different altitude with each rest that makes it interesting as each rest allow us to appreciate the difference in the plants. At one point we saw a very friendly squirrel that was really accustomed to people passing by. It was running across in the open and even stopped to pose for pictures.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Soon after 4 hours of hiking, we reached an open vegetation reserve site that was an open area also known as Layang Layang. This is where both the Masilau and Timpohon trails meet. Supin recommended that it was a good place to stop for lunch. We indeed enjoyed a good lunch with cool breeze, wonderful scenery and a good rest. Another 2km hike awaits us beyond this point.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Reaching The Top&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Words could never explain the feeling hiking up the legendary peak. Steep granite slopes, thin air, and at 4 degrees Celsius it brings its own challenges, adding on the darkness to top it all off. At this point, our group of 20 has reduced to 4, Lucy and Wong with their guide, Diamond and me with Supin. Starting off from the wee hours of 2.30am, the sky changes from dusk to dawn slowly, starting with vast dark skies filled with billions of stars overhead, shining bigger than I have ever seen before, the lights illuminating from the cities thousands of meters below, and clouds lower than us, between the stars and the cities. Indeed, the world looks different when one is at the top. The hike was much enjoyed with the sceneries, its challenges, and a magnificent sunrise. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Nature’s Lesson&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;When we are out in the wilderness, it doesn’t matter if you are a director of a large corporation or a janitor. The millions of dollars in your bank or pocket will mean nothing. All that matters at that time is that we are just another being. We are no different from the birds and the squirrels. We reach out to anyone who needs help without any hesitation or intensions. We support and encourage everyone who is struggling. We are living life, as it should be. People who cannot do that, will come home complaining that it is hard and pointless. For once, in a long time, I see people co-exist with one another as one. People from different countries, ethnic groups, age, gender and social status, are united into one common purpose.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If only that little moment could be seen in most parts of the world.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nature Humbles Us, Brings Us Back To Basics,&lt;br /&gt;Nature tells us we are all Equals in God’s Eyes. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;object width="320" The work on understanding the client's body type and HELPING CLIENTS MAKE THE BEST WORK OUT BASED ON HOW MUCH THE BODY CAN HANDLE&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;MEN, Just because you go to the gym doesn't mean that you need PROTEIN POWDER..... GNC thanks you for buying them, and PISSing it right out to the sewage sistem (plus you get a greater collection of Kidney stones from the build up of unused protein molecules) congrats, you can eventually make jewelry out of kidney stones!!! It only works if you push and OVERLOAD your muscle... The main function of Protein is not to build muscle but repair and rebuild cells... Think about it!!!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;WORKING OUT IS NOT ALL ABOUT HOW YOU LOOK, so not only FAT people needs exercise. PUMPING IRON WITHOUT cardio workout will also leave you dying early due to illness with a even nice body. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;FITNESS is about BEING HEALTHY, starting for the MAJOR MUSCLE in your body known as THE HEART!!! if that gives up your BICEPS or 6 Pack will be worth nothing!!!&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ol&gt;&lt;p&gt;My Point, working out has lots of benefits, keeping your energy level up, creating "happy hormons" (endorphin level up), raising your METABOLIC rate (burn more fat when just watching movie), DELAY AGING, and PREVENT LOADS OF PREVENTABLE ILLNESS (DIABETES and HEART ATTACK) to name afew. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;So, &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;DIET alone DOES NOT WORK&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pumping Iron alone DOES NOT WORK&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;only RUNNING, HIKING, CYCLING and other CARDIO exercises all the time DOES NOT WORK&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;THERE HAS TO BE A BALANCE IN ALL OF THEM for OVERALL FITNESS&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Focus on your FITNESS LEVEL and start working based on what is IN YOUR BODY, and HOW YOU LOOK will be TAKEN CARE OF!!! &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Good FITNESS LEVEL = LOOKING GOOD... simple equation?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;By the way, I am not a personal trainer anymore, but it hurts to see people in the gym working themself to failure and injury and trusting their friend's advise. Think about this HAS YOUR FRIEND OR FELLOW LIFTER EVER STUDIED SPORTS SCIENCE, EXERCISE SCIENCE OR PHYSIO THERAPHY? or does he get his tips from muscle building mags that are designed to sell products? Talk to a certified Personal Trainer or Fitness Profesional for advise (in some cases even doctors do that). &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I have done my part sharing. It is made so great that we do not have built in protection or hunting tools such as claws or fangs. We are able to contruct those equipments and outsmart the animal kingdom. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;However there are three things that are programmed into the human brain that leads us to either suceed or malfunction. They are know as Pride, Fear and Greed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Most humans are prideful. Look at the world, people fight each other for the show of pride. Who's the better person, My son is better than yours, or "Oh my, he drives a bigger car". When a person loses in a battle of pride, they become envious. That is where it may grow to Greed.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Greed normally grows after tasting the sweetness of success, or vengence. Simple thought, once you had something nice, you keep wanting more of it. Winning in a pride battle will not only instill a person's pride, they tend to be come more prideful, or in other words egoistic. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Once a person taste a loss, their pride is damaged, for that very reson it creates fear. The fear of tasting the loss again. People are mainly motivated by Pain and Pleasure. People fear pain, therefore they fear losses. This also means that people will do anything to stay away from pain. Once a person's pride is hurt, he or she will learn to protect it more securely. Thus, a change in within a person and his attitude.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All in all we get a mixed effect of both positive or negative. Many believe that pride is the main issue for most men and women of today. What we learn and what we do from the lessons thrown at us by life can be interpreted in many different ways. So an introduction of myself, down to earth guy who thinks and reflects on life's on going moment. Thus the name livingmoments.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As we go by our daily lives, we sometimes miss out things that are beautiful, it is not suggesting we are unappreciative but because we are so focused on our daily lives so much that we do no take notice on the miracles that are happening around us. Sometimes it takes a third person to look at us and what we do and remind us that we are actually not that miserable.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Deep?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do not hope to be the person to be "kay po" or "nosey" about people's life, I just hope to give out some inspiration every once in a while.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Our Father in Heaven is the one who sees us skip all the miracles that He bestows into our lives.
